Continental flight 3407 Tragedy

My wife Michelle and I are very saddened by the tragic plane crash that occurred last night just outside the City of Buffalo. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, friends and loved ones of the victims of the crash of Continental flight 3407.
 
We are also very grateful to the brave emergency first responders who rushed to the scene of the accident and demonstrated their skill and expertise in protecting the residents who lived in close proximity to the crash scene.
 
My Administration will do everything it can to assist in helping Erie County, the Town of Clarence, other municipalities and agencies involved in the post-crash recovery and investigation efforts.
